The best thing about this place is the location. We stayed in appartment 2A. We spent most of our time exploring Athens. The place has basic amenities. Place is withing walking distance of Acropolis, many attactions, restaurants and shops.

I absolutely loved my stay! It was the perfect distance from everything I planned! Host was very helpful and responsive. Room was clean and well equipped with all necessary appliances. I would definitely stay here again! :)

Directions into the place were clearly indicated the day before we got there. Read it carefully as the apartment is upstairs above a retail/stores. Quiet apartment, but sparsely furnished with older furnishings. Spacious, but the extra bed is a small settee, not a twin pullout. Also, the toilet needs to be fixed, as it wants to run constantly. Perfectly fine if you’re not expecting fancy. Great location right in the heart of Plaka, Athens, walking distance to most of the most important sights.

I gave the staff a low review as there isn’t any staff here, but to me it wasn’t required. If you’re good with self check in and outs and want to just do your own thing, this spot is perfect! Giant rooms, walkable to all major monuments, lots of restaurants and night life

The place was super noisy. I guess is perfect if you´re on a party mood but awful if you´re trying to get some sleep. Location is great though.

You pay what you get for so it’s a good option if you’re wanting to save. The main problem was the AC. Athens is 35C so a barely working air conditioning was far from ideal

Avoid!!

Awful. The one positive is the location, very handy for all the night life of Monistiraki. However, the apartment was freezing cold, dirty and cheaply & poorly equipped. I had a couple of queries so tried to get in touch but a phone call went to voicemail, and 3 emails went unanswered so customer service was non-existent.

Did not have any WiFi and the Terrace is inaccessible unless the maid is cleaning the building. They claimed the WiFi was being fixed “again”. If you are looking for a WiFi and terrace, look somewhere else.

We had a terrible time here. There was a party being hosted at the room in front of us and the music was blasting through professional speakers with a DJ and people coming in and out until 4am. At 4am we decided to leave the hotel and go to the airport, the party was still going strong. Couldn’t sleep or even sit in peace.

Deceiving pictures.

The pictures of the room on hotels.com look much better than it actually is. The bed is really uncomfortable. It is a decent room to stay at for a night but not longer stays. The pictures are really deceiving. The WiFi did not ask for a password which is unsafe. The hotel is in an alley way which is unsafe.

It was meant to have a pull out couch/bed which we couldn’t find. Spoke to one of the cleaner that spoke to the owner, she didn’t care was meant to call back but didn’t. Greedy and lazy management that rent out horrible rooms that are very average.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! The listing says there is AC, but none of the AC works. AC was a need as we stayed here in the summer when it was 40°C, so we wanted a property that had AC. When I confronted the property about the AC problem, they completely lied and said that they went into the room the next morning and the AC was on. Terrible dishonest management!!

We flew in from Canada on a 16-hour flight, and upon arrival at the property, we found the front gate locked. There were no instructions or check-in details provided beforehand, and no email explaining how to access the property. We had to locate a phone number ourselves, and after about 10 minutes, someone finally returned our call. They mentioned that an email had been sent, but after checking and rechecking, we confirmed that no such email was ever received. The check-in information was eventually sent to us—24 hours after we had already checked in. After a long journey, we simply wanted to shower, but we discovered that there was no shampoo, conditioner, or body wash provided. When we called to inquire, we were told that these items were not included. While we didn’t want to argue, it was inconvenient to have to go out and find toiletries after such a long flight. Later, we checked Expedia and noticed the listing stated “free toiletries.” We recommend removing this wording so that future guests can be better prepared and bring their own essentials. Lastly, the room we received looked quite different from the photos shown at the time of booking. The only positive aspect of our stay was the convenient location.
