아침식사는 좋았습니다.바로앞 브런치식당에서 식사할수있어요.객실은 넓지만 테이블위은 청소가 되지않았어요.제일 불편한것은 리셉션직원이 없어서 불편함을 얘기하기가 어려워요.온수가 나오지않아 연락했지만 연락받고온 직원은 온수스위치가 정상인것만 확인하고 20분뒤 온수가나올거라고했지만 결국 나오지않았어요. 다시 연락했을때는 아무도 오지않았어요.우린 한번도 씻지못하고 다음날아침 퇴실했습니다.온수스위치를 손님이 작동시켜야하는 점도 불편하지만 무엇보다 소통이 어려워요.

The pictures on Expedia were clearly taken maybe a couple of decades ago when this property was beautiful. I will see if I can attach pictures to show you how it looks now- the holes in the walls, the mold in the shower, unfortunately you can’t get a sense of how bad the room smelled, and we did have to kill a giant roach the first night there. The rooftop garden has been left to fall into decay, dead plants, rusty chairs, wood slats missing in places, the view is nothing pretty to look at, the furniture was mildewy and torn. The good things I can say about this is how helpful the person I was emailing at Concierge Athens was at booking my transport from the cruise ship to the location, and then from there back to the airport. Also, the breakfasts at Brunchers were wonderful.
They don’t want you to flush your toilet paper, but nobody emptied your trash the entire stay.

The plants were half dead at best on the rooftop Terrace.

The bed was clean but not comfortable. There was only 1 pillow in each double bed and there were 3 of us. There are pillows on the wardrobe but had no covers. The airconditioning and portable heating provided was not working. We left the window a bit open and it was really noisy in the morning as it was restaurant in the front. The shower wall and curtain has molds. Doesnt seem to be deep cleaned ever. Also the hand soap dispenser was broken and just left there. There were no reception in the building so we just messaged and was promptly given the things that we needed the next day. Nobody cleaned or at least emptied the bin in the entire 4 nights of stay. Can't flush toilet paper and the bathroom bin? You can just guess it. Otherwise, it is located centrally and about 15 mins to walk to the acropolis. When we got tired, we head back to rest and go out again as everything is within walkable distance. The best part of the stay was the brunch in the restaurant front. It has limited options but you can always order for extra pay. If you are not fuss about a dirty bathroom and limited amenities, this place will do. We loved Athens, the stay would have been good if the there were just a few extra cares provided for the the studio. It would have been perfect.

Loved our stay here! We were able to store our bags before check in which was a great perk. The room was great! The terrace was amazing and even had a view of the acropolis, which was awesome at night! They provide breakfast at the restaurant called Brunchers which was the best breakfast I had while in Europe!! The location is awesome with great access to the metro and in walkable distance to majority of the archeological sites! Would highly recommend this property!

Top location in city. Sightseeing, restaurants, markets and transportation very close. Spacious apartment. A la card breakfast good, but little choice. Did not sleep very well due to noise (especially in the morning) and uncomfortable matraces.

This is located in a different building and area from the hotel, it is really an Airbnb. The email sent contained the wrong door code, the restaurant (which is downstairs and where they include an awesome breakfast) was very helpful. When I contacted the office they were quick to respond but instead of admitting they sent the wrong code they told me I was entering it wrong - I know the difference between the numbers 05 and 21! Just admit the mistake and I wouldn’t have felt the need to add it to a review! Room is fine, nothing special. As advertised it’s at the top of a building - 3 steep flights up. The roof terrace is in pretty rough shape with dead plants, broken privacy screens and mops and buckets around. But for the price it was good for one night. Location is ideal.
