Even arriving after hours, I was able to contact a staff to let me inside the building. The building was clean as well as the room. It was quiet for the most part, however at some point you might hear other tenants from the other room. The staff was very friendly overall.

We were only at Ciel Suites for one night, but it was the perfect place for us to stay after a long flight to Italy. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. There’s a great restaurant just around the corner that we ate at, and everyone in our traveling group was very pleased.

Ciel Suites was great, the room was very nice, well lit, comfortable and modern. The front desk was very welcoming and pointednthe sites tonus on a map and recommended food places and rooftop bars for us. The Ciel Suites are ideally located about 20 min walk from the Acropolis site and right in the middle of the fun about a minute away from Monastiraki plaza, Metro and Hadrian's Library archeological site. Located very near a lot of restaurants and shops. Totally recommended ...

The front desk is not 24/7 but they do have a 24hour phone number and they are there from at least 8am until 10pm. Very clean and comfortable and convenient to get around.

Staffs are very nice to explain everything I need to know, and thoughtful help for my need! very good service to reserve transportations from airport to hotel, to port. It is a great location for shopping, dinning. walkable distance to Acropolis museum! Room condition is good; but I do not expect to have ants & dust on the floor. Overall I like this hotel.
