Great stay! The AC worked well for sleeping and the buffet breakfast was delicious! The staff was very kind in helping us, and we arrived early and dropped our bags before sightseeing. View from the garden/breakfast area was beautiful. You can see the Acropolis from it.

Really pleasant surpirse. Beautiful boutique hotel. Really cool elevator. Reception staff really helpful and polite. Room modern, cool, excellent amenities. Best part was breakfast on the rooftop. Amazing view. Gorgeous food.

Great property with friendly staff. I got free bottle of wine in the room as a VIP guest and I could see The Acropolis when I opened my eyes from my bed. The breakfast and roof top terrace is charming.

Panteion University next door had an all night outdoor rave on Friday night - I had little to no sleep despite v good ear plugs and usually being able to sleep through most noise. Otherwise, the view from the room was fantastic and no other complaints. For short visits like mine, losing one night’s sleep can drastically alter your plans so perhaps be aware before you book over the weekend.

Room was very small, electrical fault meant could not turn off the room lights. They had to be reset by staff. Whole property seemed cramped and breakfast was bland and boring. Staff nice and friendly.

If you are on the first floor, you will likely be able to hear the club going all night. It is not super loud, but you can hear it at night. I am not super sensitive to a dull background noise of the music but if you are I would request to be on a higher floor. I don't think you can hear anything on floors 2 - 4 so if you want silence when you sleep, choose those. Other than that, the staff was kind, the room was clean, and the breakfast was delicious!

The service is fantastic and the property is very clean and nicely decorated. However, I never could sleep there, it was too much light from the street, from the lights of the fridge bar (which I had to disconnect at nights) from the reflections on the glass walls in the room. Terrible, really. Opening the window is a torture, there is too much noise from the busy street so no fresh air even late in the evening. Again, besides this, the hotel stuff is wonderful and very helpful, and the stars I leave here are only for them. I think that every hotel manager should spend a night in their own hotel to get this feedback themselves and not later on from the guests on the website :)

Surprise Hotel

The rooftop garden breakfast was awesome as you have the view of the Acropolis as well. The 040 bus is next to the hotel basically and 20mins walk the Acropolis. Ari at the reception is a very friendly and helpful guy, also had a good chat with him. The room was always cleaned daily.

The hotel is located near a college. There was a party in that college Saturday and Sunday and the music what do loud that we could not sleep. The music was all night until 3:30 am, including Monday until 3am!.

Ok hotel for business people, for tourist litter aside from tourist attractions. Closest metro walking distance, about 12 min, though. The hotel is along the busiest street in the city so the traffic noise may disturb the sleep.

Overall my experience staying at this hotel is positive. The staff is very polite and friendly. Included breakfast is delicious. And there is pretty enough food to choose from. The location of the hotel isn't convenient if you're planning to see all touristic attractions. You'd need to walk a lot. The rooms have no noise isolation. You will hear each movement made by your neighbors.

I visited Athens to attend a conference. B4B Athens 365 Hotel is a perfect place in affordable price, have lovely and welcoming hosts and receptionists. They also have rooftop garden for the breakfast buffet, which was perfect. Lift is present contrary to few review I read before travelling that lift is not there, but Lift is present. Airport transport is available on request and charged. 2 minute walk to the bus stop and 15mins metro bus ride to Tourist hotspot. While 30-35 minutes walk to the Monastiraki Square. Best for those who are travelling for conference near a 5 star hotels. Would highly recommend. Love from Pakistan!

We arrived before check-in but had been traveling for about 20hrs and we're exhausted. I had requested an early check-in and was hoping it would work out. We were met in arrival by very nice staff who encouraged us to wait in the roof top bar for about 20 minutes while awaiting our room. The woman in the rooftop bar immediately served us water juice and some snacks all gratis. The rooftop bar had a beautiful view and yet we were sitting in an air conditioned space. It was lovely. We waited about 20 minutes for our room to be ready. When we arrived in our room, we found a king size bed (though in their terms they called it a double-I later figured out that meant double twin beds). Mattress was very comfortable! Later we needed a pharmacy and the front desk person helped us find a pharmacy within walking distance. The next day we walked to the Acropolis. It was only about 20 minutes away on foot. Along the route there were many restaurants and other eateries. The location was great. Service was great. The environment was beautiful at B4B. The breakfast buffet was amazing! My only complaint was there was no decaf coffee or tea.
