The hotel is very clean and organized. The bedroom was cozy and spacious. Very quiet at nigh so one can definitely rest. I was very grateful they let us check in earlier because we were tired and needed a room to rest.

Nice place and very clean and well maintained. Roof top pool was awesome with the view of the acropolis. Not a great part of town and a bit of a journey to get to the downtown or the metro but lots of good dining in walking distance

Staff was kind and available around the clock. Room was big and clean. Did NOT see any bugs!! Washer and kitchenette was a nice touch. Close to public transportation. I would stay here again.

Great value for money/pet friendly

The rooms are very spacious and the apartments are pet friendly so we could spend a few days with our doggie who was very welcome. Overall its a great value for money my only observation would be that it can be quite noisy at night as you hear the cars as well as people who sit in ththe balconies nearby. Overall i would stay again for sure

Gem of a find

Perfectly located in Athens, lovely and safe area with easy access to all main attractions in the centre via metro which is just a short walk. Apartment was lovely and included a washing machine. Staff friendly and helpful. Incredibly good value. Highly recommend.

I spent 4 night from the 21/07/25 with my daughter. The lovely guy at the reception is good and helpful when we arrived. He and the lady was helpful to get us Taxi to the airport. The place is nice and neat and the location is easy to get on public transport and so many shops around. I will visit again. Thanks Josephine

Great place.

I’ve stayed here before and all has been well! Great location but a little out of town. Only issue is that the drains aren’t great. If I ran the shower it would come up in the bathroom floor and flood the bathroom. I spoke to someone about it and they said it was because others flushed their toilet roll down the toilet. It’s a shame people can’t follow guidelines so unfortunately my bathroom flooded (like a paddling pool) daily. Other than that it was great.

Upon checking in…Room had a strong B.O odor. Eventually went after they cleaned it again. They have a Nespresso Coffee machine in the room, however no Nespresso capsules or milk. Very limited cooking pans, no kitchen utensils, just regular knife and forks. Room was not serviced for a 2 night stay. Balcony is very tiny and you can hear other residents talking. I think they learnt to whisper in a helicopter!! All in all, very average apt hotel, lobby is clean and tidy. Room was ok, apart from the really bad BO smell when checked in.

A great stay in residential Athens

We booked a one night stay here last minute before flying home the next day, and it truly exceeded expectations. The room was so large and spacious, and in a good location next to a beautiful park which was great for our one year old. The pool on the roof was an added bonus with a view of the Acropolis which was a delight. There are so many shops, cafes and restaurants on the doorstep that we were spoilt for choice. It was fun to explore an area that wasn't packed with tourists.

Had a great stay at Arhens Panorama Project. Hotel is newly built, safe and clean. Great connection to all parts of Athens. Nice view of Acropolis from the rooftop.
