Quiet, clean and super spacious location just outside of town. Very easy bus ride in and leisurely stroll home. Host Nickolas was very accommodating to help with access to room to store luggage and a late check out which was much appreciated.

Fantastic apartment! Staff were wonderful, breakfasts were satisfying ( too much food for breakfast so saved the sandwiches for lunches) The apartment was spacious ( with a living room/kitchen best bathroom we stayed this trip, huge bedroom with lots of storage and a lovely balcony) It was close to many restaurants and taverns and $10 to $ 15 euros anywhere to the dates in Athens. We couldn't have asked for anything more.

This is a 3 year-old property that was built for short-term stays. The room was spacious, well appointed and clean. Loved the balcony that faced a quiet street and was furnished with a nice table and a few chairs. Good quality bedding and towels, and the staff, in particular Nicholas, were extremely helpful. If you want to stay in a tourist area this isn’t the place for you. It is in a regular neighbourhood, a short taxi/Uber drive to the trendy restaurant area and major attractions. We stayed two nights and walked to local restaurants. Nothing fancy, but the food and atmosphere great.

Perfect place to land in the middle of a trip. Bed was heavenly, and Nicholas was a savior. Neighbors with kids were quite noisy throughout the night, would be good to set up quiet hours and signs.

We had a wonderful stay at the Athen Hills apartments. The apartment was very nice with all the modern and tech amenities. Nicholas and his staff were very helpful and accomodating in all the requests we had like early check in, luggage holds etc. It was a very smooth stay for us. We will definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Athens.
