I was a solo traveler. And I stayed in a standard double room. My room was right next to the reception on the ground floor. Noises in early morning were unavoidable, and that was a bit disappointing.
This was my first time using a digital key for both hotel access and room entry. The setup process was straightforward, and using it was relatively easy. The hotel staff were exceptionally helpful—they reached out well before check-in with clear instructions on how to access and use the e-key.
One standout feature was the laundry service, which was not offered at the other hotels I stayed at during this trip. It was completed the same day and cost €16 (cash only), which I found convenient and reasonably priced.
The only area for improvement was housekeeping. There was no service during my first night/day, which wasn’t a major issue as I tend to keep the room tidy. However, it would have been appreciated if essentials like toilet tissue had been replenished and the bathroom had been dried or refreshed. The shower head in my bathroom was very powerful - with no shower curtain nor door in the walk-in shower, it was unavoidable to flood the bathroom.
