Not good - AC was poor Difficulty opening the front door - you had to push it very hard multiple times for it to open Good - Clean, cute, nice decor, great garden, walkable to nice restaurant - Malvazia, 20 minutes walk to Acropolis

Lovely place! Very convenient location and lovely staff with a great breakfast. Very spacious apartment, also helpful to have a kitchen if you want to cook your own food. But there are lots of great little restaurants nearby!

Nice stay

Very nice stay and good breakfast. Good location not too far (10-15 minutes walk) from the city center. Only thing to mention is some communication challenges. Please be aware that this is apartments with no reception.

The place is nice, but neighborhood a bit dirty, no parking evendough was advertised with parking. But the lady that made breakfast was really kind.

Was able to walk to all of the main attractions. The Breakfast that was included was always delicious. Great place to stay.

Comfortable beds, clean and well supplied kitchenette & bath areas, great breakfast included, very helpful and friendly staff, quiet inner courtyard. Our room was street side to a busy street, but with windows closed it was very silent. Would definitely recommend it!

Nous étions à Athènes pour une nuit entre le bateau et l’avion. L’hôtel est neuf, joli et propre. La chambre est spacieuse et confortable. La notre était près des cuisines alors bruyant tôt le matin. Le déjeuner inclu est servi trop tard pour ceux qui doivent quitter (8h30) et nous n’avons pas pu être accommodés. L’hôtel est accessible en marche du métro (10-15 minutes) mais le quartier est un peu inquiétant.

De passage par athenes pour prendre le bateau vers les cyclades, nous avons pris 2 nuits et donc une journee pout visiter l acropole. L hotel est super bien place entre la sortie de metro de la M3 et l acropole. C est un bel endroit, pour 4, nous avions un appartement avec des climatisations efficaces. Le personnel super serviable.

Athenian Yard Suites is a very charming family-run hotel! Eleftheria is very nice and welcoming and makes sure you have a good experience by giving recommendations. The city center and the Akropolis are in walking distance and in the area of the hotel are some good coffee and dinner options as well. The rooms are nicely decorated and super clean. Also the breakfast doesn’t keep any wishes unfulfilled. Will definitely come back!

Pros: Our room was located away from the noise of traffic. Breakfast was good. Staff are friendly and informative. The property is well maintained. Cons: for those who bring big luggage, this is not user's friendly for you have to carry them throigh the stairs. Overall: this place is excellent and is a walking distance to every historical points of interest.

Eine zauberhafte kleine Pension. Das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich und liebevoll ausgestattet. Das griechische Frühstück war hervorragend und die Mitarbeiter außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder!
