Regarding the noise issue let us state that we as we are in the city center, noise from outside is complicated to control thus all our rooms have double glazing thus preventing most of the noise. We pay a lot of attention to the high level of cleanliness and we also feel sorry we did not satisfy you with our breakfast buffet but rest assured we will forwarded for further improvement. The location and facilities are good, but there are homeless people and drug addicts on the next street, and the window glass is not isolated, which makes it very noisy!

We refunded our booking through Expedia as this was unsatisfactory. 1. They advised parking and when we got to the property we had to park in an underground dirty lot for 10euro per day. 2. The rooms were smaller than advertised with no kettle, no water no dishes as advertised. When we enquired hotel said they removed due fire hazard. Miss information. 3.The location had a lot of homeless persons and unsafe. Will not recommend. Very disappointed.

Οur nearest partner parking lot is a few meters away from the hotel and is on the ground floor. There are other parking lots nearby in the area and we are sorry if there was any confusion between them. *IMPORTANT NOTE* The area around this hotel is not safe or clean. Either this is the same for the whole of Athens or just this area but there were always people on drugs in the streets making a mess and a scene with many areas smelling of wee and trash. In addition there were a lot of homeless people on some of the streets in the area, with some having whole camping sites set up with small communities with many if not all of them constantly on drugs. Not safe, and definilty not settling... Also loud people at night in the streets. The staff were great, I was very happy when they helped me with my Internet issue with my room. The breakfast selection was great, offering a very broad range of food. The gym facilities was nice, offering a nice view on the 8th floor. The room was great and for the first time, I was actually able to use the AC to make my room colder! Very impressed!

I loved the staff if I could give them a 10 I would! The cabbie that brought me scared me about the area. IT is safe during the day and I think you should alert people that the cabbies may do this to you but it is perfectly safe to walk about.

Stayed for 5 nights. Close to Omonia square, walking distance to many shops, restaurants. Great staff, Amilia and Granoljela were very helpful. Breakfast is average. good price if your looking for a budget accommodation in Athens.

Das Personal ist bemüht und das einfache Frühstück geht auch in Ordnung. Unser Zimmer war leider dreckig und es war dort wegen der Straße sehr laut. Außerdem ist die Umgebung des Hotels wirklich schlimm. Obdachlose hausen auf der Straße und die Drogenabhängigen spritzen sich ihre Drogen in direkter Umgebung.

We stayed there last year and loved it so we brought our friends from Spain with us . The people are very friendly and the hotel is very comfortable and centrally located close to the metro system and reasonably close to the main tourist locations.

The location in central Athens is perfect, just a short walk to the Omonia subway station, which connects you to everything. It's only one or two stops to the Acropolis, but you can walk there too. The hotel has a modern and appealing look. I was travelling solo, and my room was spacious enough. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the cold lemonade they offered at check-in, especially when it was 35 degrees outside, was a brilliant touch - THANK YOU! The breakfast was excellent, and the rooftop view added to the experience. I had read some reviews and noticed myself that the area might seem a little intimidating due to some homeless people (apparently) congregating on the adjacent streets. However, I quickly realized that they were harmless. I saw many tourists, including single women, walking around without any issues. The presence of visible police crews at all times of the day gave me reassurance, so I don't believe there's a genuine concern to worry about.

The hotel is very well situated, close to Omonia train station. Staff very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and felt spacious, particularly for a single room. Good value for money. I found the location close to major tourist areas an easy walk for me. The proximity to the train station also easy to travel if you didn't want to walk,

This hotel has very nice rooms and located near the metro. The staff is amazing and very helpful. The bathroom is big and has a rainfall shower. The breakfast is very good with bread, pancakes, spanakopita, eggs, cold cuts, cheese, nuts, dates, espresso etc. The rooms have well working and quiet are air conditioning which is important with summer hot temperatures.

Nous sommes restés plus de deux semaines à cet hôtel. Le personnel était aux petits soins avec la clientèle. Que ce soit à la réception, au déjeuner ou pour le service ménager des chambres, toutes et tous allaient au-delà de ce que l'on pourrait s'attendre afin que nous puissions passer un excellent séjour. On nous informait également des différentes activités possibles. La chambre était très bien et nous n'entendions pas les autres. Manger sur la terrasse en fin de journée était très romantique et le gym sur le toit nous donne également une belle vue pour faire son vélo stationnaire quotidien. Il est facile d'accéder à la gare d'Omonia depuis l'hôtel, ce qui nous a permis d'explorer facilement Athènes et ses environs malgré la canicule. Le seul problème était certains types de personnes qui se promenaient dans la rue, mais pour ceci l'hôtel n'y peut rien et on ne venait pas nous déranger non plus quand on se déplaçait.
