Alekos Aprtment - Value for Money

I stayed there for two times in one journey because Athens was my base region during that journey. Positive - very clean with modern and stylish home décor, newly refurbished - tranquil surroundings with a supermarket and eateries nearby - very spacious flat with a balcony, dining area, living area, kitchen and bathroom - the whole building was refurbished into an apartment for lease, so various amenities were provided (e.g. snack vending machine, pre-ordered breakfast, paid airport pick-up service, moto and bicycle renting service) - the personnel (i.e. Hercules) was very helpful and reliable, providing me necessary and useful information about my accommodation before my arrival - I texted him, Hercules for some urgent matters and requested for last-minute reservation for additional days, he was paying his best effort to accommodate my requests Areas for Further Advancing the Service - within walking distance to the main train station but need to walk pass some less secured areas - would be more ideal if a washing machine is provided, but they do provide the laundry service on request I have no reservation in recommending this apartment to you.

We had a wonderful stay at Alekos Apartments. The apartment was clean and the area quiet. We would recommend Alekos apartments even though we had about a 5-6 min walk to the Metro.

Gemütliche Apartments, mit allem nötigen was man für den Aufenthalt benötigt. Bester Manager, immer freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Supermarkt in 4 Min, Apotheke in 2 Min. Metro ist in ca 12 Min erreichbar alles zu Fuß.

Stayed in Alekos Apartments for a week trip to Athens, Greece. It was EXCELLENT. We rented a family apartment (5th floor) which had two bedrooms, living room, kitchen and full bathroom. The unit had three (3) air conditioners and they worked well (like USA air!!). The apartment was cleaned daily and refreshed with new towels. It’s newly updated and modern. Very CLEAN - I did not see a bug. The apartment has a nice wrap around porch with three doors. I was able to use the washing machine in the basement and was given a drying rack for the balcony. My apartment was refreshed with two liter bottles of water every day. Faisal (the apartment owner) was available IMMEDIATELY when any question was posted on what’s app - he was also at the apartment lobby every day. Very fun and nice guy! It is safe and feels comfortable. Excellent apartment. You are A good 35 min walk to Acropolis and flea market/shopping/tourist restaurants/areas. However, coffee shops and few restaurants around the apartment are SUPER CHEAP! We enjoyed our stay !!! You are very close to train station (e.g., 10 min walk to catch train to Thessaloniki and using BOLT for taxi’s around town it’s about $4-5 to get to main tourist areas.

We stayed for 3 nights. The apartment is spacious and very clean. It’s waking distant to metro station. My special thanks to Faisal. He is super responsive and takes care of everything you may need ahead of time: airport transfer, showing us everything in the apartment and locations to restaurants and supermarkets. Faisal heeft ons erg hartelijk welkom geheten en hij was er regelmatig. Hij heeft ons tips gegeven over o.a. de metro (5 minuten lopen naar Larissa station), supermarkt (3 straatjes verder) en diner. Het appartement was erg goed. Schoon, compleet en netjes. Ook de meubels leken nieuw. Ook fijn was dat de Nespresso cups en de flessen water steeds weer aangevuld werden tijdens de handdoeken wissel. Wij hebben er prima gezeten voor 5 nachten. Zeker aan te raden!
