Upon arrival they were very welcoming and immediately told us a room with a far better view has been freed and they upgraded us on the house. Room was really clean, bed was amazing (the mattress was literally better than the one we own), TV had all services you could ever imagine and with a tiny extra cost there's good breakfast available. Location is amazing, many beaches, local shops and bakeries (especially Marigonis) are a 3' minute walk away, and there's so many busses and trans passing right outside the hotel you can basically go anywhere.
