「First of all the owner was friendly and attentive. He met me, gave me the key and explained everything. The apartment was in a good location, there was a shopping center, shops, restaurants and cafes around. And most importantly the apartment was comfortable, clean and equipped with everything.」

「Great hotel and great staff! The rooms are on floor forty of Orbi city block and has wonderful views of city and sea. It’s very quiet and clean and has all of what the 5star hotels have! Garaj club and batumi mall and beach are near to property. 」

「This property is a total scam. They don't even give you what you paid for. They will move you to euphoria hotel instead and give you a teeny tiny little room without the view and they will keep treating you horribly. I contacted orbitz to resolve the isssue but they couldn't do anything. This property MUST not be listed on orbitz. I've been a platinum orbitz member for years and this is the first time orbitz couldn't even help. STAY AWAY」

「Got a smoke room, the person was nice to offer another Appartement but due to complexity we didn't change the room. The rest is ok. 」

「Horrible communication between Expedia and the property. I had to call Expedia myself to be able to check in and get my room #. The room was disgusting with hair, dirt and burnt cigarettes in the room. Unacceptable.」
