Queremos agradecer especialmente a Noor (recepción), M. Salamin y...

「The front desk staff were very friendly, offering welcome juice and fruit upon check-in. Our room had a mountain view, which was beautiful at night. The breakfast selection was very diverse, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. It's very close to the Petra entrance. Highly recommended accommodation.」

「We received a free upgrade upon arrival, which was nice and appreciated. Our room was clean and very spacious. We ate dinner at the hotel - the service was great! The chef came out to ask if we were happy with everything. He did so again the next morning for our breakfast. I can’t say enough about the service!」

「Hotel gave us free upgrade with terrace in our 3 day staying and I really appreciate that. Room is well equipped with kettle and shower gel, WIFI is stable. The hotel staffs are all very nice , they gave us warm greeting every time when we go in and out hotel. 「Had an amazing stay during the 2 nights stay here during Christmas. The staff are very attentive and helpful. The gentleman who manages the breakfast is outstanding, who helps to identify different dishes and shares his expertise. There is a newly opened Italian restaurant called Oliva which is so good and it only cost below JOD15 for two people.」

「There’s a lot to love about this place. There were a few disappointments too. The property was super clean inside and out! Everything was well presented. Freshly renovated. That’s a bonus. The rooms were cosy and had simply breathtaking views of Petra. The terrace and pool was lovely to soak up those views! The rooftop bar was closed sadly but we wandered up to take some photos at sunset. The staff were genuinely lovely. But there were inconsistencies. I had some issues with failing to book...
