Yes the place is fantastic,the mountain view jaw dropping,the food and the wellness part exceptional but it’s the people that work in this resort that make a difference.. 「The owner and staff of the establishment were incredibly friendly relaxed and welcoming and helped me decide on where to go for dinner. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of food choose from. The area is stunning with great scenery, unfortunately the swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and spa facilities are only avalable during peak seasons but look very appealing. I will certainly return here in the future. 」

「The friendly staff in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner made this stay wonderful. The breakfast seating on the terrace offers an amazing view as does the hotel restaurant. I enjoyed great meals at dinner with a cozy fireplace in the hotel restaurant. I recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay in Lagkadia.」

「This hotel is well located for the ski season. We stayed out of season, so the hotel was very quiet. The second night we stayed as the only guests. The hotel staff were very accommodating at opening breakfast early for our group so we could get on our way each day. The restaurant and bar were closed, but we had no problems finding nice restaurants a short walk away. Room was comfortable, clean and tidy with a nice shower.」

「Initially no one was available for check in. Breakfast is at a fairly distant cafe. The historic building is lovely but rooms are very much in need of updating and renovation. The photos are better than the reality. 」

「Beautiful location, great traditional taverns, and good options for walks in close proximity. The hotel is nice and new. Perhaps a few minor comments which could help improve the whole experience are: an introduction of a menu for the breakfast, especially for non-greek speakers but also to help with dietary issues (eg gluten free/ lactose free etc) as the buffet is unfortunately not possible due to Covid, and providing tea/coffee and a kettle in the room and a few items in the fridge. 」

「I didn't like nothing at all It was a simple room no comforts at all no air condition no fan the layer it was horrible anyway for that money don't worth it I arrived 12:00 noon after 2-3 hours we went to rest for a while but the layer was realy horrible we wake up with pains Imagine that i didn't stay for the night i just left the money inside the room i live the key with a note (my phone number) at the receptiion so she can call me back ... Anyway the girl at the front desk never did. I call...
