I was drawn to this hotel by the beautiful seaside views in the photos and booked a night for a special birthday trip, despite the high price of around $480. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing.
There was no parking on-site — we had to rely on valet parking and pay extra. Breakfast was not included, and if you wanted it, you had to arrange and pay for it the night before. The water pressure in the shower was so low it was barely usable, and the check-in process was confusing and unpleasant. It took place at a small table next to the bar, with only one staff member who was quite rude when I asked for help.
For the price, I expected much better service and amenities. Sadly, the stunning view was the only highlight of our stay.
