「We had a great stay at Creta Maris Resort. The all inclusive setup makes it super relaxing – you don’t have to think about anything and can fully unwind. Most staff were friendly and helpful, except for one or two at Enomy Restaurant whose English made communication tricky, and the luggage staff who seemed a bit indifferent. Food-wise, I recommend booking the à la carte restaurants. Buffets offer variety but are average in quality. Enomy has more choices than Estia. We tried Alatsi – excellent...

「Il primo giorno, 6 agosto, l'hotel non aveva stanze disponibili, ma ci hanno ospitato in un cinque stelle in una camera doppia con un enorme terrazzo. Il giorno dopo ci avevano dato una stanza francamente brutta con mobili vecchi e un divano impolverato dal tempo. Ma dopo le nostre proteste ci hanno dato una stanza vista mare molto migliore. Il personale è sempre stato gentilissimo. La struttura è a pochi passi dalle spiagge di Ammoudara e ben collegata con Heraklion e Cnosso. A due passi...

「We really enjoyed our visit. My husband and I came with our 9 year old daughter for 9 days. Rooms were immaculate. Staff were very friendly. Food was delicious. Water park was excellent. 10/10 from all three of us!」

「Once you adjust to the sheer size and scale of this lovely hotel, you really appreciate how good it is. Excellent food, drink, accommodation and weather… what more could you ask. The only down side for us was the general area outside the hotel resort was quiet with very little night life to talk about, everything is at least a ten minute taxi ride away, great if your looking for some peace and quiet in a high spec resort. Overall a great hotel and well worth another visit in the future.」

「Das Personal war super nett und hilfsbereit. Das Essen war mir einer großen Auswahl gut. Die Getränke waren etwas enttäuschend, da sogar Säfte aus Sirup und Wasser bestanden. Die Hotelanlage, die Aussicht und die Lage waren wunderschön. Das Hotelzimmer war etwas in die Jahre gekommen, der Toilettensitz hat sich gelöst, das Schloss hat gehakt und das Badezimmer an sich war etwas dürftig eingerichtet. Der Fitnessraum war super alt mit teils kaputten Geräten. Die Pools waren toll!」

「Clean hotel, friendly staff and good quality food, the only complaints I'd have are my shower cubicle handle fell whilst showering, and the room safe and luggage storage are at an extra cost which I found a bit cheeky.」
