A very modern hotel reminiscent of Dubai however was more like a mausoleum, very few guests and many staff! Dining was limited to a restaurant on the 9th floor where food was bland and expensive or the ground floor lobby bar where the food was interesting....how can you not cook a burger or Chicken Kiev correctly? Rooms were so hot set at 28C complained 3 times and told they were winter settings and couldnt be altered!

Overview We have a good time. However, it is not five stars hotel. UnfoUnfortunately, we were disappointed by the pool and SPA services. The steam room does not have steam at all. The pool has so much chlorine, and the towel is limited. One remarkable thing is breakfast. Don`t pay extra money for Longe Club. It is not worth it at all.

Too many unfortunate incidents happened, Staff managed to add more to our already ruined staying in Hilton Astana , But as i stay more i learned that i should blame the staff The Hotel Manger lady needs to learn her self first how to do her job then try to train staff ! Our last day we are checking out when we look at the bill we were charged for mini bar that we never used anything from it we were charged for interest that supposed to be Free Still didn’t receive any refund for these charges! Lost all my trust to the Hotel ! All this things happened to us can’t be coincidence! They managed to ruin everyday of our stay and the Manager lady offered us Free taxi to Airport about 15min drive . I wish she didn’t even offer that made us even more upset! I spend fairly good enough money for my stay food drinks massage i would not mind to spending more but not worth to spend there , The manager lost us forever we would be keep coming back to the Hotel unfortunately we won’t! Everyday something is happening to us not supposed to happen She didn’t even bother to come to apologize her self instead offered taxi ride thank you great way of running business.Congratulations you lost potential future regular customers i would do my company meetings there too but now i ll take my business somewhere else. Thank you again you could not ruin more that some guests stay!

This hotel is reasonably new with clean spacious rooms but, judging from our experience, must still be in the "break-in" stage. Many problems, some dealing with safety. 1. The area around the pool is very slippery and dangerous for falls. I was walking slowly and cautiously, but still almost fell. My 4-year-old fell and hurt his knee. 2. Same issue with the shower. The floor tiles were same as the wall tiles, instead of non-slip. 3. The "do not disturb" lights are totally ignored by the staff. 4. The air conditioning is totally under-powered. In the morning with the sun hitting the windows in the summer, the room temperature rises to 28, with the thermostat set at 22. Keeping the drapes drawn helps, keeps it at 27. 5. Twice I needed my room key replaced, and the staff at the front desk never asked for any identification. This is a serious security issue. I asked the second time if my photo was on the staff member's computer screen, but was told "no" so the issue is real. 6. The sink in one bathroom had a defective stopper, which when closed would not open, unless pried up with a knife. The same sink had a slow dripping leak under the sink, but these were fixed within 24 hours. 7. The lower-level staff, delivering items to the room (other than room service) do not have a command of English. Typical example, one young man knocked on the door to deliver two ball-point pens to the room. We had not ordered them, so I tried to hand them back while saying we ...sorry, out of space

Grand hotel in a great location, just few hiccups
A beautiful hotel in a great location. Room was spacious, bed comfortable. As hotel is big, you need to be careful which lift you use to have it closest to your room. Reception did not advise me that and i ended up dragging my heavy suitcases quiet a long way. Mini bar was empty (even though at check out I was asked if I used anything from it). Breakfast is started to be tidied up 5-10min before end time which feels a bit uncomfortable. If you come last minute, some food might be already gone and not re-filled. I also had a call at 5.53am asking if I had issues with fire alarm?! not great way to be woken up.

Останавливаемся втором раз с семьей ,очень хороший отель ,расположение и персонал ! Stay at this hotel for a second time ,nice facility,friendly staff,in the libby they have kids corner ,so little one can play while parents eats,spa is amazing ,has kids pool too ,little dip but it’s ok .So great place for both,family and business.Highly recommended.

Horrible service.
AC broken and was only fixed after 4 days, no garbage bin in room, no iron, TV broken and only fixed after 3 days. Horrible service in general. Had to order housekeeping to clean the room, which would not be a problem in general, but they still did not clean the room on two occasions. Only the front desk staff speaks English. I expected better of a 5-star Hilton in a prime location. Breakfast was good, though. Did not try the gym or spa.

Although the hotel is brand new and the facilities are in perfect condition, I first thought it was 40yrs old due to its horrible internal architecture. Golden decorations all around, it really looks like the 80s. Other than bad taste on deco, the hotel is well run and kept and its well located if your businesses is in the Expo area. Great breakfast, but dinner at restaurant is not very good. Good food options next door at Mall.
