we liked the property of this hotel. we felt that we were in a country side. we couldn't lower the air conditioning as it was 24 degres. we are used to have it at 20 degres.

Hotel caters for one night coach tours. Who leave early so get up earlier. No sound proofing between rooms and we could hear every word spoken plus their phone alarm woke us up at 6am!!! Typical dated decor. Dark wood furniture damask bedspreads and plates on walls!! Breakfast was unimaginative, fruit hard and unripe and basic plus they were continually setting up for the coach tour lunches clattering crockery and cutlery. Outside is neglected and scruffy For the price this needs refurbishing as it’s stuck in mid 20th century There are better hotels near by

Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht. Zwei Kosmetikprodukte wurden aus dem Zimmer entwendet. Wir haben es an der Reception gemeldet. Leider wurde nicht richtig darauf eingegangen. Wir haben nicht mehr weiter insistiert.

All'arrivo mi sono accorto che non funzionava l'aria condizionata e ho telefonato alla reception per chiedere spiegazioni e mi hanno risposto che al momento avevano un problem all'impianto e che mi avrebbero portato un ventilatore. Negato il cambio camera e avuto questo ventilatore rumorosissimo ed impolverato decido di chiamare Hotels.com per lamentarmi. Hotels.com mi offre due possibilità o cambiare struttura o accettare una cena offerta dall'hotel come scuse per il disservizio, accetto la cena e sbaglio .Esperienza imbarazzante ci propongono due modestissimi primi e due secondi tra cui scegliere, ci accontentiamo pensando che avessero unmenu' ridottissimo ma, con grande stupore sentiamo declamare un'offerta culinaria ben più ricca e variegata agli altri ospiti del ristorante.Ci lamentiamo e ci rispondono che devono contenere il costo della cena al minimo indispensabile. Come se quanto successo a cena non bastasse, l'indomani mattina decidiamo di fare colazione ( pagandola a parte come da prenotazione) e oltre alla totale mancanza di un qualsiasi cornetto o brioche ci dicono di usare le macchinette per le bevande dove otteniamo un cappuccino con orzo da ospedale. Anche questa volta vediamo servire agli altri ospiti presenti in sala cappuccini e caffè espresso preparati al bar dell'hotel. Increduli del trattamento ricevuto, ancora non ci spieghiamo come questa struttura, oltretutto obsoleta, possa meritare una votazione alta come quella sbandierata e gestita malissimo

Struttura in ottima posizione: a 1 km da Santa Maria degli Angeli e a 3 da Assisi, comodamente raggiungibili in bus, la fermata è a 50 metri e in reception vendono i biglietti, bellissima vista di Assisi, ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, camere pulite, personale cordiale e gentile sempre disponibile, colazione abbondante servita al tavolo sia dolce che salata (a richiesta), bar e ristorante aperti, buoni piatti di cucina umbra

Médiocre

La proximité du site est intéressante mais un véhicule est obligatoire pour accéder à la ville d'Assise . L'accueil est médiocre, on se sent abandonné pour récupérer la chambre, personne pour nous accompagner, nous sommes arrivés dans le noir car les volets étaient fermés, il était difficile de se situer et de trouver l'interrupteur pour la lumière . Petit déjeuner léger, pas de choix, personnel pas très agréable . Les taxes de séjour ont été encaissées mais non porté sur la facture . Le restaurant de l'établissement n'était pas disponible .

Country charm in Assisi .

Very nice hotel,spacious rooms clean and comfortable. Only 1.5 miles from Assisi center and so quiet and relaxing,lots of room to park your car and not worry about it, and the price was right

Soggiorno ad assisi

Hotel accogliente e pulito, in un'ottima posizione con vista su Assisi. Parcheggio grande e gratuito, ristorante in struttura, fermata dell'autobus appena fuori dell'hotel per il centro. Decisamente soddisfatti!

Ganz prima geführtes Hotel mit viel Platz drum herum. Tolles Restaurant dabei. Bushaltestelle nach Assisi fast direkt vor dem Haus, man könnte aber auch zu Fuß locker dahin laufen.

Non ci torneremo!

Il rapporto qualità prezzo è pessimo, la pulizia lascia molto a desiderare, l'aria condizionata non funzionava e dopo aver avvisato i proprietari del malfunzionamento non è stato fatto nulla. La colazione, compresa nel prezzo era scarsa e di cattiva qualità...insomma sconsiglio vivamente!
