Spa - barely call it that. Spa staff were rude, unhelpful and unprofessional Bar staff was polite but slow in service. Good choice of drinks . General areas were relatively clean . Rooms were the best bit, spacious, clean, well equipped and comfortable beds .

I think a lot of people has reviewed on this. But I can only said air conditioning system issue need to be fix. Otherwise it is hard for other customer wants to stay. The property had everything we needed for our break. Warm and comfortable and the hot tub was perfect! Great location for visiting Suffolk, we visited Southwold, Aldeburgh and the town of Halesworth which has plenty of cafes and pubs. Would definitely recommend.
