For being a 2 minute drive into the old town (15 minute walk), you get easy parking and a grocery store less than 3 minutes walk away. "We cannot fault this hotel for its staff and room and beach front location. If I had two criticisms one would be ( and this is not something the hotel can fix) is the surrounding area is a bit of a dump lots of derelict unfinished buildings and wasteland filled with fly tipping. The local village is very basic and a bit neglected. If you dont have a car you will be stuck. The other criticism was the quality of the cooked items at breakfast. Overall we would stay again."

"Every once in a while, you stumble upon a real treasure—and this place truly is one! With just a handful of rooms, it feels extra special. If I could, I’d give it a thousand sparkling stars. From Sylvia’s warm hello to the team’s care in keeping everything spotless, and even the owner jumping in to help serve breakfast, everything felt so genuine and heartfelt. I only wish I could’ve stayed longer, and I know I’ll be back—the hotel and the region both deserve another visit."

"From the first greeting, the staff was welcoming, helpful, and kind. Then, I saw that the room was beautiful. I enjoyed peace and quiet, comfort, and a clean space. Breakfast buffet was lovely. The location of the hotel was ideal - lots to walk to, including shopping, food, and all the local things/sights. Near to the sea and Bourtzi Castle, I most enjoyed evening walks and admiring the sunset. "
