「I had a great stay at this hotel. Check in inspections were simple. Room was clean, and equipped, just as promised. Excellent location!. Five minute walk to where my tour is picked up. Laundry, grocery store, and restaurants very close. Definitely will stay again.」

「We got a balcony like we asked for (though not guaranteed), and they allowed us to check in early when our room was available and clean. The room was nice, modern, and had just about everything we needed. The reception just downstairs was available at reasonable hours to accommodate however they could, whether that be extra towels or blankets. Oh, and the location is phenomenal, so close to amazing restaurants and bars (check out Lime), and the old venetian harbor is easily walkable (10-15min)!...

「Had a lovely stay at Alcanea in the off season, it’s a great location in Chania Old Town. Kyriaki couldn’t have been more helpful and supportive with any requests I had for things to do or organising taxis etc. The building has a lot of character and history 」

「The location is quite good, near the port, surrounded by nice restaurants, which means it could be a bit noisy at night. We stayed in a double-bed room, but it can actually sleep 3 people. Staffs are kind and helpful. The breakfast is awesome, serving from 9 to whenever you wake up, with bread, preserves, butter, a huge bottle of coffee, Greek yogurt, sandwiches with ham and cheese, and a glass of fresh orange juice. Don't ever miss it!!」

「We couldn’t have dreamed of a better location and view from our balcony! This is close to many restaurants and shops. Yannis at the reception desk was very welcoming and helpful. This is old but wonderful. If you are expecting something perfect and new do not stay here. If you’d like something authentic, close to everything in the Old Port and with a breathtaking view of the lighthouse and harbor, this is your place. Make sure you specify room with a balcony. 「Wonderful staff that help you a lot. During our 6 days of stays, they hlped us in orientation, restaurant recommendation, car rental, travel suggestions, communication in delayed luggage, etc. 1 min to the old harbor ans great harbor view on the roof with music, snacks and drinks. I have to say great service that I seldom seen in my yeas of traveling around the world.」
