「I stayed here for only two nights and had an amazing stay during Christmas. The staff are very attentive and helpful. The gentleman who manages the breakfast is outstanding, who helps to identify different dishes and shares his expertise. The Italian restaurant called Oliva newly opened nearby is outstanding.」

「I did not like the fact that someone was constantly sweeping the floor in the dining room during meals, that just disturbs the dust and can contaminate the food you are eating. The hotel was already very clean.」

「The amenities were very nice. The staff were friendly and courteous. The housekeeping department did a phenomenal job and the breakfast chef at Insignia catered to the guests with specialty omelets and constantly made sure the buffet was tidy, restocked and beautifully presented. We stayed in December and the decorations and hot chocolate station were over-the-top! We very much d ed n joyed our stay! 」
