「The service was exceptional, also the food and cocktails. The place was really well decorated and looked elegant. Apart from one waiter at breakfast being a bit rude giving me the check without telling me no need to rush then saying goodbye to me in a kind of miserable way all staff delivered exceptional service. I would highly recommend it to people and will go back one day for sure.」

「这是一所非常安静的酒店，环境优雅，到处都是森林。前台服务态度很好，早餐很丰盛。交通不算方便，走路到Ascot火车站需要20分钟。适合自驾的选择。看到很多带孩子的家庭旅游选择这个酒店，适合亲子游。中国客人非常少。」
