"The hotel was nice, the beds were comfortable. No USB ports in room for charging. The computer is in the business centre did not work. More importantly, there were four vehicles broken into overnight that were parked in the secured area so do yourself a favour and park in front of the main entrance."

"The staff was not helpful when we asked for help nor were they friendly about it. We did not get the room that we had reserved for a family of four making a miserable night’s stay. The pool was not clean and cool. The hallways and common areas reeked of marijuana. We will not book here again in the future."

"The breakfast was not worth the extra cost with runny eggs and gray potatoes. Yuck. Our keys did not work in our first room and they had to switch us to another room. The tv in our new room did not work properly and had to be hard reset (shut down and started back up) every time we switched a very channels. One of the elevators had a busted key scan. But, the staff was nice and the rooms were clean."

"Only good person in the hotel was Parking attendant Nate Sloan everyone else were rude specially the black lady front desk just because we were little late checking out they send security to remove us do not stay this ficility"
