Peaceful pension,wonderful host

Wonderful friendly lady runs this edge of town pension...so very welcoming....her smile tells you everything..comfortable room and surrounded by countryside so peaceful. ...I had 4 nights here and loved it.

Bad experience.

It was bad experience. On the booking, I have indicated for 3 beds. However, she requested for extra charge when we check in. Tried to explain to host, but she refused to listen. Simple room, shower facilities is at level 1 and hot water stops at 10.30pm. Do note in case of late check in. Room is away from town, so need to have a car to drive in. It is easy to go to blue pond from guesthouse.

親切服務、價格合理、民宿主人非常細心、我們入住那天因為有一班學生同時入住、民宿主人於數周前已在電郵通知我們可能會較嘈，擔心會招待不周、問我們有沒有需要取消住宿、由於我們在網路上看的評價十分之高、很喜歡那寧靜的環境和十分期待一試他們的鄉村風味料理、所以回覆會繼續入住、最後民宿主人十分貼心、安排了隔鄰的小木屋給我們入住、非常舒服、晚餐和早餐還特別為我們準備在小木屋裏品嚐、很有農家菜特色、非常美味、難忘的一次住宿體驗、在此感謝民宿上下每位親切細心的招待。

very nice place with reasonable price for stay

The host is nice, kind and friendly. Their hired helpers to commnucate with the guest in mandrin. Also the place is easy to reach with the taxi in 5 minjtes from Biei Stn. And the owner can help to call the taxi one day in advance to pick you up.

民宿主人很親切，只有簡單英語溝通能力但是遇上一個兼職員工說得很好的英語溝通沒有問題。準備的晚餐和早餐很有營養和味道很好，值得預訂。 民宿四周有很多不同種類的花草植物為主看出民宿主人很有心思佈置花園；室內很多工藝手作品相信也是由民宿主人親手製作的，是一間很溫馨的民宿。 我訂的是洋室二至三人房。 很適合自駕遊的朋友，位置很容易尋找。 去美瑛我會再一次入住，也推介給朋友，很好的住宿經歷。

早、晚餐非常豐富，味道亦不錯。另外，我們是9月底入住，天氣已凍，房內的暖爐雖然只能運作個多小時，起初以為睡覺時會凍，誰不知這民宿的被鋪很暖，這晚睡得很好。

Great stay at lovely pension

Wonderful pension in the outskirts of Biei town. Host family welcoming and kind, and provided authentic and great Japanese home cooking made from homegrown and local ingredients. Highly recommended! The only downside is the distance from the station.

음식이 너무 맛있었어요...

일본어를 조금이라도 하면 좋아하십니다. 또한 식사를 신청하셨다면 시간이 되면 방으로 오셔서 알려주시기까지 합니다. 샤워실이 본채에 하나 밖에 없어서 애매하긴 하지만... 겨울을 제외하고 운영되기 때문에 극성수기를 제외하고는 크게 문제가 될건 없다고 생각합니다. 저녁이랑 아침 밖에 먹지 않았지만 너무 맛있었어요...

獨棟的小木屋!內含兩間日式榻榻米客房!乾淨的衛浴設備可以泡澡!以及空曠的客廳可以聊天泡茶!讓一家人歡樂享受恬靜的度假時光!小木屋周遭被花草覆蓋!夜晚天空可以遠望無數的星星!女主人雖然難與英文溝通!但熱情歡迎房客並提供最佳的服務!非常棒的一間民宿!值得推薦!
