「Staff was very helpful but not prepared for big quantity of guests」

「Multi Grand pharaon is a very beautiful hotel. They have lots of p places. And a nice garden which surround it. Our room was big and clean, with a good bed. And a small fridge. We would have liked some more info on check in. As we weren't aware that the outdoor swimming pool wasn't working. ( It was 30 degrees hot) ? 「Was very impressed with this hotel. Best hotel I stayed in Yerevan. Very big room size with big balcony providing breath taking views of the city, mountains and hotel swimming pool. 「The hotel is clean and the breakfast is good. Overall speaking, it is a good hotel if you do not mind it locates a bit far from the city centre or you do not mind to call taxi for your transport. The nearest metro station is located about 20 minutes walk. The pedestrian around the hotel was bad and sometimes you need to walk on the car road. The traffic around the hotel is very busy.」
