I checked in late at night into Microtel Inn and Suites by Wyndham Wheeler Ridge. There were a few others checking in at the same time, and the receptionist, Daisy, couldn’t be more pleasant. The check in process was quick and easy. The hotel room was clean as well as the lobby. Would highly recommend this hotel at 5620 Laval Road, Wheeler Ridge, Arvin, CA, 93203 United States of America.

As soon as we got to our room we noticed loud noises from the room above. I went back down to desk to get another room. We finally agreed on an alternate room. Clerk then said she had to go up to verify that we did not mess up the room that we had been in for only a few minutes. I waited in lobby and she went up to the room. She looked around and then asked if my partner had used the toilet. She said no. The clerk insisted on going into the bathroom to check. We felt that was very demeaning and did not enjoy being called liars. Also, the room we were then given had NO refrigerator, which seems unusual these days. No USB ports by the bed, and my side did not even have an outlet. We will NOT be back.

This is a nice clean hotel with comfortable bed. However, the room is smaller than regular hotel room. We had a nice stay. Might stay again if we are in the area.

I stayed in an ADA room. It was very outdated and the room was not clean, dust in the corners of the carpet and the bedspread was not clean. Bed was hard as a rock. Could not stay there.

This is a little efficiency hotel in the factory outlet area next to I5. It’s pretty well kept, very clean, and the staff was very helpful. Plenty of parking in the lot. Near shops and restaurants and gas stations. The room is basic, no mini fridge, coffee, etc. clean though. The bed and pillows are comfortable but limited. The only ding was no spare blanket and the curtain had some sun rot that left direct sunlight on the bed.

This place is clean, beds a dream. Wish breakfast time was a bit latter since the kids didn’t woke up that early. I couldn’t take a look of breakfast. But stay was good!

We made this reservation, literally on spur of the moment we still had a 5 hour drive back home and we were nodding off, not able to keep our eyes open. We immediately looked for the closest place, and this was the hotel that was closest and most reasonably priced. We were not expecting it to be as decent as it was considering it was last minute And it was right off the 5 freeway where it’s mostly just shopping outlets, fast food and gas stations. We were pleasantly surprised. The staff there was super friendly. We had a free breakfast the next morning. The room was roomy and comfortable and clean. The beds were super comfy. We felt safe and it was extremely quiet.
