Cute and nice hotel . Located beautifully surrounded by nature . Michel and Brenda made you feel very welcome and at home , the breakfast was great . Would definitely recommend if you planning on visiting Arvika and its surrounding areas .

We loved stayed in on this beautifully renovated schoolhouse with its perfectly placed vintage design elements. The host was welcoming, the surroundings are gorgeous, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the food is delicious. Tack! We can’t wait to come back.

Schöne Einrichtung des Speisebereichs, schön dass man dort abends essen konnte, Frühstück gut, wenn auch frisches Brot und regionale Ware n schön gewesen wären. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön, jedoch ist der See nicht so direkt erreichbar wie wir dachten. Das Zimmer ist wirklich sehr laut zur Straße gelegen und trotz hoher Decken sehr warm geworden, Einrichtung sehr einfarbig hell und geradlinig, kann man gerade im großen Badezimmer gemütlicher machen.

Tak for et dejligt ophold

Morgenmad var ok. Dejligt man kunne vælge noget forskelligt fra dag til dag. Teen var ikke særligt lækker. Personalet var super søde og behjælpelige. Værelset var lidt mere lejrskole-steming end vi havde regnet med ud fra billederne men hvis man er til den slags stemning indenfor så kan vi kun anbefale stedet. :) Udeområdet åå stedet var super hyggeligt. Elgesafarien var en oplevelse værd dog var den til den dyre side må vi sige. Vi siger tak for et dejligt ophold.

Vi hadde et kjempehyggelig opphold denne helga. Stor gjestfrihet fra de ansatte, store rene rom, nydelig frokost og god mat på menyen med friske råvarer. Elgstuingen med lokal elg anbefales! Vi var en gruppe på 5 personer og samtlige var veldig fornøyd med oppholdet. Vi vil definitivt komme tilbake ved neste anledning. Tusen takk for et flott opphold :)

Mysigt familjärt och fräscht ställe med super trevliga ägare. Fin natur runtomkring och gullig liten sagostig har de gjort intill hotellet. Rekommenderas varmt. Inte ofta jag känner att jag skulle vilja åka tillbaka till samma ställe men detta överträffar den känslan..

Ett trevligt och lite annorlunda hotell. Mycket trevlig service, fina och fräscha rum utan lyx, Maten var vällagad och god och väldigt bra frukostkoncept med meny istället för buffé. Lite störd blir man av trafiken på vägen.

Personlig, hjemme-følelse, bygg med en spennende forhistorie. Hyggelig personale, familiebedrift. Enkelt utstyrt rom, rent og delikat. Litt lytt, men ikke noe problem. Fikk dessverre ikke tid til å utforske uteområdet.

Lagom, enkelt, bra frukost.

Tyvärr ligger boendet nära en vägg där trafiken är rätt så högt. Det blir dock tystare mellan 23.00 och 06.00. Allt är väldigt enkelt (möbler, dekorationer) men godkänt. Komforten är lite så där pga biltrafiken, det finns ingen dubbelsäng i rummet med två små sängar som ligger mot varandra (håller inte sig på plats), kuddarna är sämsta tänkbara (en bra kudde gör stor skillnad), förvarings uttrymme i duschrum och sovrummet obefintligt. Frukosten är dock bra och ägarna trevliga. Närheten till Arvika är ett plus, men bil behöver man.

Thumbs up - definitely worth a visit!

Perfect place for a pleasant and quiet weekend with friends. The hosts are very service-minded and nice, we were allowed to charge our electrical car and they took much care that it really charged. The dinner area with the outdoor area has a personal and cosy athmosphere, and the rooms are delicate. The food was homemade and tasty with both traditional swedish dishes and american inspired such as burgers/ribs. Large portions which was appreciated. Free coffee at the room area was also appreciated. We will definitely come back, great to see people succeed in such a great project as Guesthouse Eleven. Well done! Whish we could do the same:) We enjoyed a hike near the lake, and visited Arvika, which was very nice. Sågudden museum is definitely worth a visit - the cafe there is amazing!
