Fabulous food!

Fabulous stay. Great location. Special perk was the dinner included in the stay. Excellent and very tasty food. Compliments to the chef. Another bonus was the fact that our small dog was able to join us in the bar area. Excellent & speedy check-in as well. Great choice & hotel and Arvika is a very charming town.

Ett rum under renovering som inte var färdigt,

ostädat, saknade gardin, papperskorg, toapapper, tvål, schampo, ganska ountresserad personal, fick hänga ett lakan framför fönstret för att slippa insyn och få lite skydd mot ljuset och solen. Nästa gång blir det ett annat hotell!!!

Mycket bra, fint och fräscht, men noterade att det inte var särskilt bra om någon är i behov av att använda rullstol - många små trappor och nivåskillnader. Det var inget vi personligen behövde ta hänsyn till, men noterade att det kan medföra svårigheter för någon som behöver använda rullstol eller har svårigheter att röra sig.

Vi hade det väldigt bra. Trevlig personal. Smidig in och utcheckning. Vi fick parkering trots att vi var sent ute. Vi fick en positiv överraskning att middagen ingick i vistelsen, den informationen kunde jag inte hitta nånstans innan vistelsen. Kändes lite tokigt när vi kom till rummet och det fanns en lapp som det stod välkommen "namn" på men det var inte mitt namn. Så spontant kändes det som vi fick fel rum. Men det var inget som blev ett problem under vistelsen.

Det var så trevligt att mötas av ett personligt välkomstmeddelande och både frukt och lite godis! Det bidrar med extra känsla av att vi är viktiga för hotellet. Det blev inte sämre av att middag ingick, och frukost dagen därpå. Så mycket mervärde att jag varmt kan rekommendera Home Hotel Bristol. (Att jag känner lite Englandskänsla när jag går till rummet är också en bonus.)
