「酒店房间太小，厕所地漏太牛逼了，洗完澡水都漫到卧室了。提前一个周预定了房间并收取了费用，入住当天居然前台说没房间了，也没有任何邮件及电话通知，总之整个体验太糟糕了。」

「This place is so beautiful, we felt a little bit like in the middle of the jungle thanks to all the trees around. The rooms are also really nice. The staff was helpful, the dinner at the restaurant was good... The only little problem we got is the wifi wasn't working from the rooms, but that wasn't a big deal for us. We loved Kizumba house」

The history of this cozy property along with the delicious food prepared by Chef Ombeni Tz (his traditional cuisine is delicious) made our 3 night stay one of our top locations to recommend. The large variety of tropical plants and sound of the flowing water throughout the property was relaxing…but be sure to visit the spa and ask for Caroline (Sagara)—she has over 20 years experience and is an amazing masseuse. 「Staff were 5 star quality - really impressed that while I was there it was my home - nothing was to big or small to ask. Handy distance from town without being too close. Nice and quiet in the evenings 😊 They even packed a breakfast for me to take to the airport when I left at 0300 😳 Food was great in the restraunt and quick walk to local vendors. Felt safe in the hotel and walking in the local area. Thanks to the whole team for giving such personalised customer care 💜」

「Incredible service while the country was pretty much off following the elections. They managed to get us a taxi to the airport and kept us well fed in a quiet place the whole time. Very pleasant and charming places with great people 」

「Great staff. I would not class this as a five star hotel. It is situated outside the city and I was the only guest. Electric kept going off but the staff were really kind. The spa was good but in Aruba you must have a doctor for the spa and the doctor at this spa was missing. Many services were not available because he was not there. 」
