"Overall, we had a great stay at Barceló Aruba. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the hotel's location is excellent—it's within walking distance of many restaurants, bars, and shops, making it easy to explore the area.
The beach is definitely the highlight. The water is beautiful, and the sand is incredibly soft and powdery. The atmosphere throughout the resort is relaxing and enjoyable.
The buffet was very good with a nice variety of food, although it would have been nice to have more availability for the specialty restaurants. It was especially difficult to get reservations for the hibachi restaurant.
One thing to be aware of is that unless you upgrade to the VIP experience, the liquor selection is fairly limited. Many of the brands offered at the regular bars were unfamiliar and not what I expected from an all-inclusive resort.
The resort has only one main pool, and it's on the smaller side, so it can feel crowded during busy times.
Overall, I would recommend Barceló Aruba for its beautiful beach, clean accommodations, great location, and pleasant atmosphere. Just keep in mind the limited specialty dining reservations, smaller pool, and basic drink selection if you don't opt for the VIP upgrade."
