「Nice spacious room and has all amenities you would expect. 」

「Issues with checking in where I had to ring hotels.com to help me. On arrival at the hotel no drink was offered, payment was requested, the duvet sheets and pillows were dirty that I had to ask them to change again. No information given regarding WiFi or breakfast arrangements 」
