「Very good.」

「The room was much much smaller than what was pictured on the website. The curtains were broken. There was a thick band of yellow mold in the sink. The towels smelled like it was under dried, so it had the smell of old laundry. I was in town for a conference and was not in the room for the majority of the day, I wanted a clean room to come back to, and housekeeping had not cleaned the room - they said they were understaffed. That’s not my problem, if I pay $500+ per night, the least I would...

「Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean, the location was convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The only issue was that the fourth floor had a noticeable odor at times. It wasn’t unbearable, but since the windows could not be opened and there didn’t seem to be a proper fresh air ventilation system, the air circulation felt limited. Aside from that, I was very satisfied with everything else and still had a great overall experience.」

「Mirror TV is cool!」

「客房清潔很乾淨，員工很親切」

We immediately notified the front desk and they had a cleaner come up and take care of it. That was definitely disappointing for a first impression. It would have been nice to have been compensated but nothing was offered. It was in a good location and everything was easy to get to by foot. The air conditioning, tv, kitchen - all were great. Bed were too...

「The second bedroom had no window and you had to climb across the bed to get in as there was no room either side. The bathroom is very small. It is an old building that has been renovated but noise easily travels between floors. Great location and a very well fitted out kitchen area, they made the most of the space available.」

「All good except for neighbors are noisy and too cold at night.」

「The amenities there are rather old and the wall is not too sound-proofing. Despite we were a party of 3, the glasses, tumblers and sets of towels were provided in the quantity of two only. After making a request at the front desk, only extra towels were provided. There are no kettle or cutlery in the room. They never replaced your used glasses with clean ones either. As we needed one more comforter, we made a request but they only managed to give us a thin blanket. Both my husband and I got a...
