É bom, mas poderia melhorar

O lugar é incrível, a vista é maravilhosa porém a experiência não foi tão agradável por alguns pontos que deixaram a desejar. O lençol da cama estava sujo de mais, inclusive com piolho de cobra, talheres e louças sujas no café da manhã, falta de reposição dos alimentos no horário do café. Poderia haver uma atenção maior dos funcionários em relação a limpeza e ao atendimento.

A vista é maravilhosa, mas infelizmente o hotel deixa a desejar, café da manhã simples, quarto com vaso sanitário vazando, tv sem funcionar, frigobar sujo, tudo foi reportado aos funcionários mas nada foi feito. Só vale a vista mesmo.

O hotel fica em uma região incrível. Uma vista belíssima. A equipe é bem preparada e super educada. Os quartos são amplos e bem arrumadinhos. O café da manhã é legal, mas possui poucas variedades. O banheiro possui uma tomada de 10A, sugiro trocarem para de 20A. É a tomada ideal para uso de secadores e chapinhas.

Belo Lugar

Sentinelas do Mar é um lugar muito bonito, com uma vista lindíssima. Tinha um quarto bom com uma bonita vista. Mas, a cama era horrivelmente dura e nao confortável. Falei com a recepção e deram um quarto melhor (não com a mesma vista), muito agradave e com muito vento. Os funcionários eram simpatico e bastante solicitos e os anfitriões tbm. No Geral é um lugar tranquilo, com um panorama lindo e excelente para relaxar. Super recomendado!

Fomos muito bem recepcionados, fomos em 3 pessoas 2 adultos e 1 criança, ficamos em 1 quarto chamado ilha, de lá você assiste um lindo nascer do sol e consegue ter uma visão da praia e do cais de onde saem os barcos para passeios nas praias. A área comum da pousada é um local para assistir ao nascer do sol e o por do sol um verdadeiro espetáculo a parte, se tiverem sorte conseguiram ver as baleias e tartarugas deslocando-se de lá da área comum, da área da piscina, e da escadaria onde conseguimos fotos lindas. Você também tem acesso a uma área que leva ao mirante sentinela lugar onde você tem uma vista panorâmica do por do sol e da praia grande, você consegue acessar a praia grande por meio de uma trilha de fácil acesso em uns 15 min de caminhada. Café da manhã bom, com algumas opções de pães, frutas, café e sucos. As camas não são muito confortáveis. O quarto que ficamos tudo muito funcional, frigobar, TV e Internet. Quarto muito grande tínhamos 2 camas e mais 1 sofá cama. Acomoda até 5 pessoas tranquilamente, a pousada fica no condomínio que da acesso a prainha do pontal do atalaia a famosa praia da escadaria uns 15 minutos de carro até lá, a pousada tem área para estacionar o carro mas são todas descobertas, serviço de quarto ok todos os dias que solicitamos. A observação fica para um retoque na pintura para tirar o mofo no teto ou em alguns locais da parede e também uma manutenção nas janelas para deixar o quarto mais arejado evitando o cheiro. Em resumo 9/10 voltariamos.

Atendimento péssimo

O hotel apesar de estar em uma localizacao privilegiada deixa muito a desejar na prestação de serviço. Os funcionários são despreparados nas noções básicas de hotelaria e atendimento ao público. Parecem que tem má vontade de atender e se comunicar com o cliente. Perguntamos ao atendente se faziam a limpeza no quarto, o mesmo disse que sim, porem ao voltarmos do passeio o quarto estava do mesmo jeito. Ao questioná-lo disse que tinha que deixar a chave. Porque nao disse antes? Tivemos que pedir 3 vezes toalhas limpas e, quase implorar por uma fronha do travesseiro. O Hotel é muito caro para o serviço prestado.
