「Als ich angekommen bin, wurde ich bereits mit meinen Name herzlich begrüsst. Das Checkin verlief schnell und unkompliziert. Das Einzelzimmer hat alles geboten, was für einzelne Person benötigt. Sauber und das Bett war bequem. Mir ist aufgefallen, das Personal sehr herzlich und freundlich einem betreut. Fragt nachdem Schlafergebnis und der zufriedenheit am Frühstückstisch persönlich. 「Wir waren zum ersten Mal im Waldhotel Arosa und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und kompetent. Dass das Wohl des Gastes ihnen sehr wichtig ist, hat man seit dem ersten Kontakt direkt gemerkt. Der Wellness Bereich ist sehr modern und bietet viele Möglichkeiten sich optimal zu entspannen. Auch die Ruheräume sind mit sehr angenehmen Betten und Sesseln ausgestattet. Wir werden gerne wieder kommen. 」

「Wonderful hospitality! This was a visit we won’t ever forget. The hotel is nestled into the side of a mountain in the Alps. The village below is picturesque. At the lodge we were given a tour of the owners memorabilia of his racehorse Justify who won the Triple Crown. Being huge Derby fans we really appreciated this. Dimitri was so good to us and really made this visit stand out. Great hotel and spa.」

「Man denkt es kaum, wenn man von draussen kommt, welch herzliche Leute einen erwarten und wie schön der Gastraum und herzig die Zimmer sind. Die Speisekarte ist umfangreich und das Ergebnis auf dem Teller war super. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen und wunderbar geschlafen. Das Frühstück stand schon bereit und bot alles für einen guten Start in den Tag.」
