The resort is simply amazing - the food, the staff, the service, the landscape - all work together to make the place special. The whole atmosphere was so tranquil and relaxing. This was a special stay. The Prestige rooms are also wonderful.

Wonderful hotel next to the shore.

room spotless, staff friendly, great view!

One of the finest resorts I have stayed in. Amazing restaurants, beautiful grounds, pristine rooms and helpful, friendly staff. Close to a great beach and only 10 mins walk from the main town area with a lot of bars, restaurants and other activities. Would definitely return for a second visit when I get the chance!

Everything amazing

The room was clean and beautiful. The staff was also very nice. Angela was a great bartender and made sure we had an amazing time everyday. The food at the bar especially burgers, chicken sandwich, oysters, were all really good. Breakfast was amazing. The only downside was we had lost our key late at night. On the beach with sand (public beach),luxurious, good music on the restaurant, very good food and diversified, perfect ocean view from room, we got one room upgrade-many thanks!, very clean pool, perfect wifi in the hotel and around the hotel also on the beach, very polite and nice staff. Not enough parking places if you rent a car, at least in our holiday.

I do not have any complaint about this place. I would love to go back to this place when I have a chance to go to Los Cristianos again. This isn't a luxury hotel, but this had everything. Nice view, great amenities, two bottles of water and a scone and nice staffs. Best part was the breakfast buffet. I have been traveling a lot recently, and the breakfast here was so far the best. Overall, I was very satisfied and would like to recommend this place to anyone.

Everything was great

While not new the appartments are very nice with fully equipped kitchen, large living room with balcony, spatious bathroom and bedroom. Good location for traveling around the island. Forget about the local beaches (20 min walk). These are O.K. for an evening walk, but not much more. Free parking in front of the hotel.

Wonderful, friendly staff in a good location with a nice pool area and clean comfortable rooms.
