Lovely big apartment with big balcony. Super comfy beds and lots of storage. Bath/ shower dated but functional. Only negative was on our last day when we decided to have a pool day and the sunbeds are chained up till 10am and it’s a war with the other guests to get one.

Quick check-in. Staff at reception could be friendlier. A very clean room, kept clean most days, with towels replaced. Nice pool area, enough sun loungers. Good bar for drinks and a nice outdoor seating area. Enjoyed the food from the Corner Bar near the pool.

The hotel has to sections half of it seems to have been updated, we were in the older part on the third floor which was fine for me but some of our party had small children and push chairs with no lift it was a struggle lifting them every time you went out we saw younger people without kids accommodated on the ground floor which seemed a bit bizarre, the rooms are not air conditioned but have ceiling fans that just generated warm air around the rooms so felt hot at times, the rooms were clean and maids did come in and clean they were friendly, the snack bar was good for a sandwich pizza or burger and the shop was good for drinks and snacks if you went at the right time they have freshly baked croissants the pool area was good for kids and didn’t feel over crowded there was a small climbing frame for kids and pool table near the snack bar could have done with. bit more for the kids, around the pool it was very slippy we watched several kids and adults fall one did require stitches in his chin the bar at the front of the hotel was ok they did have singers on but no entertainment for kids, I would say this is a basic hotel for a base we went out a lot so it was fine for us, if you have mobility problems or several kids ask for a room in the refurbished part there is a lift and air conditioning

Really enjoyed this apartment hotel. Very nice staff! Help and friendly to make your stay comfortable. The local area is full nice Spanish restaurants if you look for them and the hotel restaurant is quite nice if you don’t want to go out. Walkable distance to los Cristianos beach. I will definitely rebook with my family this hotel.
