「Not a good experience for me, I'm afraid. You have to call to get the access code to the keybox. It would be easier if they could email/text on morning of arrival. The room was nice and clean although the sofa bed had some stains. Unfortunately, i couldn't get wifi to work, and I tried everything.There was no one on site to help, even though I'd checked in exactly at time requested. 「Lovely staff rooms and areas clean. Could do with some updating around indoor gym pool areas. No indoor pool available. Gym equipment useable but needs a bit of a spruce up. Hotel shop limited! Need more supplies for self catering. The nearest shops require a car to get to. This is my 3rd visit and i will go back again.」
