「The hotel is nicely located in the mountains in a great scenery. The restaurant staff is very friendly and helpful. However, we’re disappointed by a few things : the spa access is only 1 pm to 7 pm, which is probably ok in the winter but in the summer, I would expect a longer time frame. The person at the front desk is barely polite towards customers. Except for the restaurant staff, we didn’t feel warmly welcome as it should be in such a place. 「Overall the hotel was average. There were a few things that i really didnt like: Every mug was chipped in multiple places, I didn't find one that was completely in tact. We had 3 people in our room but only given 2 room keys. When I asked for an extra key, I was told that I had to pay €10 for it! My husband then went to ask for an extra key and the price was then €5! If you're going to charge for 3 people (2 adults and one young teen) in a room, then make it policy to give out 3 keys. Not...
