The room was clean and all organized. Clean bathroom. 24 hrs restaurant service. Staff very gentle. Just one thing... my room's lock didn't close safely because all the the locks over there are old in which conventional keys are used. Time to change for newest locks.

I could give it 5 stars if it weren't for the treatment that the employees give to the guests, except those at the lobby bar are super nice the rest are horrible, treat it as if we were there for free. I didn't feel comfortable in this hotel, the location was difficult to access, there was no option for a garage, and there were no blankets to spend the rainy nights.

A denominação do hotel consta como AirPort, mas fica distante do aeroporto. O café da manhã é simples e precisa melhorar o serviço de limpeza das mesas. Chegamos por volta de 13h30 e o quarto estava ocupado. Disseram ser uma manutenção, e que o técnico iria chegar às 14h. Recebemos um quarto para aguardar e acreditamos que não levaria muito tempo. Ficamos em outro quarto, mais barato, até por volta de 18h30. Quando nos deram a chave do quarto, era o quarto ao lado do que estávamos. Quando subimos, ouvimos música e barulhos vindos do quarto que seria o nosso. Parecia que estava sendo usado por outras pessoas, não que estava aguardando técnico. No dia seguinte, acordamos e fomos pro café por volta de 9h. Quase todos os itens do café haviam acabado e tivemos que comer do que tinha sobrado. Foi a pior experiência que tive em hotel até hoje.
