The room was clean and all organized. Clean bathroom. 24 hrs restaurant service. Staff very gentle. Just one thing... my room's lock didn't close safely because all the the locks over there are old in which conventional keys are used. Time to change for newest locks.

I could give it 5 stars if it weren't for the treatment that the employees give to the guests, except those at the lobby bar are super nice the rest are horrible, treat it as if we were there for free. The food is very good, the location of the hotel is also great, only the renovation of the pool was bad. Hotel has very little activity, usually the all inclusive have

I didn't feel comfortable in this hotel, the location was difficult to access, there was no option for a garage, and there were no blankets to spend the rainy nights.
