「Our room was in poor condition. The toilet glass door was broken & could not be closed. The toilet itself was nor working properly. The shower head was spraying water to the sides instead of functioning like a rain shower it's supposed to be. Faucet levers had no handles.」

Al momento del check el 5 de junio a las 11 am, la señorita que nos atendió fue super amabable, no así su compañero que estaba sentado a su lado en el front desk, que fue descortés. Pero fue la excepción. Alexandro por la noche super amable y atento también.」

「Jättebra hotell, andra gången vi var här. De är helt fantastiska i service, speciellt då jag har specialkost, chef Gianni och hans team lagade fantastiskt god mat med hänsyn till mina behov. Och alltid ett vänligt leende vem man än möter av personalen på hotellet. Det var också perfekt städat överallt, både på rummet och i övriga delar av hotellet, både inomhus och utomhus. Extra fint också att de har en buss man kan åka med gratis till- och från stranden. Hoppas komma tillbaka hit flera...
