Friendly and helpful staff, our room was very clean. It’s easy walking distance to restaurants and cafes and parks which is perfect as we have a little dog.

Holidays
Decided to stop here on way back from Toowoomba, starting to get tired. Plus its close to town, within walking distance. Good size room and bathroom. Friendly staff.

Great restaurant- lovely roast dinner in a restaurant which took u back to a Scottish building in every way including an open fire. Rooms clean and comfortable. A bit pokey for the fairly pricey money

Great location, friendly staff, spacious, clean room. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. We had a lovely 3 night stay. My teens were very happy with the internet service and netflix.

Room was clean but outdated. Shower entry was tiny so bigger person would struggle to get in. Bed was rock hard. Reception was welcoming.

Oh dear sorry to hear this. Its a standard shower. We do have a room with easy access the shower would suit you better. Ill check that room on the bed and have it replaced. Thanks for letting me know with this review.

Great location, could walk to shops but not in the midst of loud establishments. Had a family room - second bedroom was a little small and had no airconditioning. Otherwise very happy.

Staff very friendly and helpful exampled by the booking a table at a near by pub for dinner on our behalf. What I didn’t like was the shower to get the temperature balance right you needed the precision of a neurosurgeon. All out the window if someone in another room turned there’s on shame really because the rest was excellent, but after a long day driving showers gotta be good

One of the best Armidale motels. Extra touches like makeup remover and extra make up towel. Biscuits for tea and coffee. Small things but thoughtful. Very clean. Overall excellent. We’ll stay again.

We were welcomed like family upon arrival and nothing was a bother. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. So close to an amazing kids park, restaurants and shopping centers we could walk from the accommodation.

Comfortable stay.
We have stayed here before and found it to be very good. However the room we were in (2) has dark furnishings and in need of some updating. A bit dreary, but a very convenient motel.
