We needed a place through a coonection fly from one night. This place is about 3-5min from the airport. The rooms were clean and very confortable. The over all hotel, very nice. We will come back to enjoy gor a couple of nights.

The service was amazing. I highly recommend this location. Its a perfect getaway. The only thing is the payment process was very very slow when trying to pay with CC. was decline due to communication issues. Had to wire the funds to their bank.

The property was beautiful and the staff was amazing. I will say it's tough to find staff members sometimes, I imagine it is because we were there during the weekday and staffing was on the lower end but that did not change our experience, it was just something of note. Pool area was great. Our suite was awesome. Great shower area. Parking inside the gated property was a plus.

A little annoyed that we can't get two room keys, but a non-working door key still worked in the room power switch, so good enough. The staff are friendly and helpful, the room is nice, the restaurant food is very good and reasonably priced, the property has a sauna, steam room, treadmill, stationary bike, pool...would be nice to have a hot tub/jacuzzi, but otherwise great. Very close to the airport, so good for early morning flights...beyond that, not very convenient to the town or much else.

To start with, the advertised rate is for one person, which in my experience is unusual in hotel booking. That is not disclosed until in the process of finalizing booking. On arrival at the locked gate entrance, thirty minutes before check in time, it took 15 minutes for the gardener workers to find the attendant to open the gate. Check in went smoothly, and staff is very helpful. Desk is not attended most of the time, but again the staff are all helpful, but speak only Spanish. The building and grounds are beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The main lobby has 4 different levels, and steps are not wheelchair friendly. Nor are there handrails on the many steps down to pool level. The pool is good, but the steps down to the pool have no hand rails and are somewhat difficult to see since they are a uniform dark blue color. The restaurant is located on an open porch which includes a sitting area and the advertised pool table. Very surprising is the list of extras shown on the free breakfast menu, including café at 4000 pesos for a small cup, as well as extras for juice, a bread basket etc. Most of the better resorts in Armenia have a breakfast buffet, but there were only two or three couples during the days we were there. The porch included a potted cactus located at the end of a couch, that delivered a nasty scratch, when brushed against. The shower and bathroom did not have any grab bars, and a 1 inch step up into bathroom was not senior friendly.
