「Everything was PERFECT. This Finca is a hidden pearl in the Zona cafetera. Must go destination if you want to do the real experience. Please do the Cafe production explanation with the owner Roberto, it's worth it!」

「La casa estaba bien situada y las vistas desde jardin eran maravillosas. El ambiente con los otros huespedes fue muy agradable. La habitacion era muy pequeña y sin ventanas. El baño estaba fuera de la habiracion y la cerradura no funcionaba bien, por lo que era un poco molesto cada vez que teníamos que acceder. Los desayunos eran muy completos y deliciosos. La atención de Olga y del resto del personal fue excelente. Sin duda repetiríamos.」

「Excelente servicio, limpieza, buena ubicación, tuvimos un problema con la reservacion por error del sistema pero lo solucionaron rápido y disfrutamos al maximo la estadia. Super recomendado. Nos quedamos en tres hoteles del eje cafetero y este fue el mejor.」

「Fue muy mal porque esta demasiado lejos, muchos huecos, la comida no estuve buena, no nos gusto. Las señora un poco ruda para contestar. Se ven que tratan pero simplemente no nos gusto. 」

「Todo en general estaba regular, desde que llegamos en el baño encontramos cucarachas. La habitacion no estaba dotada con los implementos de aseo y al pedirlos tardaron mas de 2 horas en entregarlos. Aparte de la espera las toallas estaban muy manchadas y el servicio del agua caliente era muy deficiente. Dentro de la reservacion se incluia el desayuno y al solicitar este servicio nos debimos desplazar cerca de 4 cuadras a un restaurante en el cual no estaban enterados de este servicio por lo cual...

「The staff are very helpful and the hotel is located close enough to town to be easily walkable. At the same time its quiet and way from the loud music in town. The room was exceptional and the grounds beautiful. Very pleasing.」
