「I ordered a room with a jet tub in the room and when I show up they check me in to a room without a jetted tub when I go to talk to them about this they tell me that there are no rooms available with a jetted tub. So I can either cancel which it was spring break so everywhere in the Dells was booked, or I could take that room. So to not take away from my vacation I stayed with the room. To make matters worse my door would not latch. All you have to do was push it a little and it would open. When...

My only complaint is- I don’t know what’s on the floor above room 111, if it’s apartments or more rooms or what have you.. but there was so much noise upstairs, and at late hours. It sounded like someone was playing basketball with bowling balls. We had a baby and it woke her up. I do understand that noise is expected when sharing a space but man, it seemed excessive.」

「The rest of the guests were mostly long term residents and extremely rude and obnoxious. They sit around gossiping outside short term guests rooms, knock on the door and then run away. The room itself was so dirty, I went and got tapestries and fabric to put over the furniture and used a tarp over the bed I wasn't using and the bedding had holes in it and didn't look clean and felt terrible. 「非常完美，适合安静，大厅具备了游戏桌，学习，工作区域，真的分区非常完美，早饭也在大厅吃，真的不要太方便了。而且很肃静，一直以为没有人，但等早上出去吃饭，发现都是人，大家都非常有素质，晚上很安静，没有普通酒店的那种吵杂，这点是我的爱。员工很热情。设施方便，很容易就可以找到房间。最爱的就是还有健身房。我都很喜欢。门口免费停车，最赞的是，竟然可以带狗狗入住。」
