「A rather “interesting” experience. Unorganized. Hotel is new (think they said opened a week ago). Probably expedited to open before the World Cup games in Dallas. Ball room wasn’t ready (bunch of boxes piled up which isn’t a great visual for guests). Rooms on first floor weren’t ready either.
In room phone didn’t work. No access to call front desk from your room. Numbers displayed on in room tablet leads you to call center.
Ordered in room dining. Tablet didn’t work. Insufficiently trained...
