Ich hatte für 3 Nächte ein Einzelzimmer! Dies war klein, aber mit allen notwendigen Dingen bestückt. Das Bett war bequem und alles sauber. Einzig zu bemängeln ist die Klimaanlage. Diese war für momentanen Temp. recht kühl eingestellt, sodass ich beim schlafen etwas fror. Das Frühstück war einfach, aber völlig ausreichend. Ohne viel Schnick- Schnack (Brötchen, Müsli, Belag, Obst, Ei, usw.) Der eingerichtete Shuttel fuhr wirklich sehr zuverlässig und ohne Probleme. Insgesamt für eine Durchreise oder für ein Wochenendtrip zu empfehlen.

Staff seems miserable. They seem put out when you ask a question and almost annoyed. At breakfast there were no spoons for the eggs. The breakfast attendant didn’t bring them out either when asked. Salt shakers empty. When I asked for salt the attendant grabbed an almost empty shaker from another table and handed it to me and didn’t take the empty one. Minimal service. The only reason I stayed here was free airport shuttle and breakfast included. At least they have gluten and lactose free options for breakfast which is a huge plus. Breakfast was better than most North American breakfasts. Staff friendliness and responsiveness lacking. They need to smile and look less annoyed.

現地払いにしたら予約されておらず、チェックインに30分近くかかった。部屋も無事用意されたから良かったが、なかったら大変でした。それ以外は問題なく、朝食は美味しく朝早くから用意されていて、駐車場もホテル前で、騒がしいノイズもなくよく眠れて良かったです。カーテンが部屋と浴室共にブラインドなので、シャワー浴びている姿が外から見えてそうでゆっくり入れませんでした。

The breakfast was excellent! The room was a bit loud as every time anyone in the vicinity opens or closes their door, you hear it loud and clear. The property is near an airport so it happens at all hours of the night so make sure you pack good earplugs for a good sleep.

It was great to be so close to the airport with a shuttle that ran every 30 minutes. We had a unique opportunity to have the only room with a private sauna. It was awesome!!! I’m used to sleeping in a king sized bed, so the bed was a little small, but comfortable.

Idealisk "mellanlandning" om man ska resa till/från Arlanda. Lättillgängligt med bil om man kommer E4 norrifrån. Det passar också bra som utgångspunkt för att besök i Stockholmstrakten. Själva hotellet är rent, snyggt och praktiskt. Gott om gratis parkering är ett plus.

Stayed here for one night during an extended layover. Before arrival, I double-checked the shuttle bus arrangements on the hotel website and we also received an email with the same information - a shuttle bus would take us to the hotel from a stop outside terminal 4 every 30 minutes. 5 minutes before scheduled departure, at 21:35, we arrived at the bus stop. 21:50, called the hotel and waited 15 minutes until someone replied. We were referred to another bus stop; we were unsure we were gonna make it to the new place before the next bus (22:10) and asked if the person on the phone could ask the driver to wait us. We missed that bus as well. No bus showed up at 22:40. At 23:15, a bus finally arrived to pick up us and several other angry travelers. In the meantime, every other hotel shuttle bus had passed by at least 2 times. Absolutely inexcusable to run such an unreliable transfer service and not update the instructions on their website and in the welcome email. Room itself was clean although pretty outdated. Breakfast was okay.
