「Nice stay!」

「The only thing I can complain about the coffee in room and at breakfast was horrible They gave us a discount when they found out my husband was having surgery which was really nice」

「The hotel was undergoing renovations during our stay. There was no wifi, no tv, and no pool, none of which was communicated during booking. Breakfast was fine - very limited selection but overall OK. Our room was not especially clean, with stains on the walls and ceiling and bathroom, but it was not terrible. The most frustrating experience was on the day we were checking out our keycards stopped working during breakfast around 8AM, probably some kind of error with the time-out on the card....

「Room smells musty. Wall in bathroom by tub swollen and degrading from water. Carpets dirty Bathroom clean. Towels white - sheets you could see thru. Bed comfortable. Very broken down front desk chair, light cover over Florescent light broken and half off. Too tired to go anywhere else. Staff good. This place needs some serious simple fixes to make it nice. Paint goes a long way. I won’t be back.」

「The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. However, the property is old and dated. It was obvious the no smoking rule wasn't imposed. The smell of pot was very strong on the 2nd and 3rd floor.」

「Room was clean with a nice view of downtown Fargo. Came in on a holiday and everything in the hotel (bar, restaurant, coffee shop) were closed. To add to the insult, the hotel sent me a message inviting me to enjoy these during my stay. I got to use the food credit the next morning and the staff were helpful in maximizing its value which I very much appreciated.」
