Hotel de très bonne qualité qu'on peut rejoindre facilement depuis la gare. Les propriétaires sont dévoués, efficaces et au service de la clientèle. Hôtel que je recommande vivement.

Hotel ok, restaurant merveilleux

Séjour pour affaire, j'ai réservé cet établissement pour les notes vues sur hôtels.com. Parking derrière le bâtiment il faut faire le tour pour revenir à l'accueil, dommage. Très bon accueil. Très belle chambre avec vue sur la piscine, spa accessible mais j'ai pas osé y aller car pas très discret. En revanche 1 serviette sur 2 était tachée, pas de plateau café/thé pas de bouteille d'eau, sèche serviette ne marche pas dans la SDB. En ce qui concerne le restaurant c'est un endroit où il faut s'arrêter obligatoirement ! Merci pour ce moment passé à déguster vos préparations. Je reviendrai dans cet hotel.

Problème de propreté dans la chambre(chaussure oubliée savon sur le lavabo poubelle non vidée ) échange de chambre sur glacée mais problème aussi de propreté

very unpleasant

we were staying in argentan to attend a family wedding. we found this hotel to be very unpleasant. the staff was really ridgid and un accomodating. the restaurant is overpriced. the charged us for breakfast both days of our stay and we had to argue strongly to get them to remove the charges. the water in our shower was not hot and the staff offered to do nothing about it when asked. additionally we were not given new towels after the old ones were taken away and the room was not cleaned.

Il vaut le détour dans la région !!

Hotel très sympa, moderne et bonnes installations. Dommage pour nous le restaurant de l'hôtel était fermé cela n'était pas signifié sur le site. Piscine chauffé et nickel Jacuzzi sympa mais pas tous les jets .... Sauna impeccable. La chambre au bord de la piscine super agréable peut être de l'entretien a faire dans la 28. ( cf TripAdvisor ) Je le recommande et y retournerai sûrement pour goûter le restaurant et profiter de sa modernité car dans le région rien de ce genre à ce prix. Bravo aux propriétaires.

Dissapointed

We tried to book 3 doubles and a twin, I received an email stating to accommodate a twin I would need to update to a superior room at an addition cost, which I reluctantly agreed. However when we arrived at hotel, I was informed they never received my reply and didn't have the upgrade available. The hotel itself was split, those rooms near the pool area, which were modern and looked very stylish, and the other rooms in the main building, which were very dated and in need of a good sprucing up! Needless to say, we were in the main building! No internet, bathroom with no door in one room, no kettle in two of the rooms....and no meals available on the Saturday night that we were staying.

Would recommend the hotel

The hotel was easy to find - plenty of parking - friendly and efficient staff - room small but clean as was the bathroom - enjoyed the breakfast There is a Michelin starred chef in the restaurant which I did not know about until arrived & restaurant full so if you want to try I suggest book before. We were recommended a restaurant in town which was very close and very good

Très positif

Chambre calme et agréable. Seuls petits manques : une penderie et une porte ou au moins un rideau entre la sdb et la chambre. Tout le reste très bien. Excellent diner à un prix raisonnable (vaut le détour)

Bof!

After a long day, i was hoping looking forward for a nice simple meal. What a disapontment! I have to say i am not not a cusuine expert but having to pay 80€ for a meal ( main. Cheese plate and dessert) and moslty eat bread and butter is not my perfect evening meal idea. The main dish ( haddock) is ok for a toddler but not for a grown man. The staff ( i counted 5 for the service) are all extremely well mannered and listening to every need you may have. The hotel would not suit anyone who has difficulties walking( stairs). The rooms is well maintained. The restaurant would be great for whoever put an importance in eating food served by a well known chef but for me it won't be on my list next time i visit the area
