If you love nature, that's the perfect place to enjoy and relax. The property has all the amenities for families with kids: - space inside and outside - pool (opened during the summer season) - Kitchen - TV - air condition and heating system working properly and even together if needed. This always keeps the temperature you want. The property owner is flexible during the check-in time, very friendly and wants to guarantee you have the best experience staying in his Villa. The welcome bottle of wine was appreciated!

Nice villa in the hills

A small villa close to Arezzo. We only stayed for one night, it’s so relaxing we decided not to go to Arezzo in the evening. So bring picnic. :) Clean room, comfortable bed, the approach is well signed so easy to find. If only it had a proper aircon, would have been perfect.

A fun week with family!

Overall great - wonderful place for a big family. Three separate units to rent. Would recommend a new pricing model - all inclusive versus charging for breakfast, cleaning, use of pool seperately. Also children should be free a six month old doesn't eat breakfast ;) husband and wife were so friendly, gave us wine, let us have more family over for breakfast even though they didn't pay. True Italian experience!!! Would highly recommend and go back!

Meravigliosa esperienza ad Arezzo

Un B&B meraviglioso. Una villa immersa nel verde. Un luogo tranquillo a 5 minuti dal centro di Arezzo. Personale gentilissimo Vi ospita nella loro casa che per pochi giorni diventa la vostra casa. Struttura pulita, immersa nel verde, con ampio parcheggio, sicurissima con accesso riservato solo agli ospiti e dotata di una bella piscina. E' possibile cenare nella sala comune (20 euro a testa) provando le prelibatezze tipiche del luogo cucinate dalla titolare del B&B. Presente una bella sala con tv, tavolo da biliardo e biblioteca. Un esperienza positiva. Sicuramente ci torneremo.
